Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Collateral Analyst for our Capital Markets Group. The candidate must have:
Understanding of mortgage collateral
Experience with cash flow modeling of amortizing assets
Experience with CAS
In addition to pricing Whole Loan pools with advanced loan level analytics, members of our team play a very important role both inside and outside the company. Team members work very closely with our clients and sales force. They also act as public representatives of the company, speaking at conferences and holding training classes and workshops for our products.
Desired Experience:
3+ years relevant work experience
Expertise in financial analysis, cash flow modeling, market trend analysis, and collateral performance.
Proven track record in identifying, pursuing, and generating market findings and trends to aid in our third party Whole Loan/Structured Product Pricing valuation analysis.
Proven quantitative analytical experience
Experience in the financial services industry is desired, specifically mortgage banking and/or fixed income experience.
